The HRPA Toronto Chapter dinner and panel discussion with Dragon Bruce Croxon, Sprigg Talent Management Systems President Jilaine Parkes and employment lawyer Steve Mendelssohn happened last night at the Sheraton in downtown Toronto.

With over 150 HR pros at the dinner, the event attracted the highest attendance for the Chapter’s dinner series of 2013.

The discussion produced lots of hot debate and questions around:

  • The evolution of the Performance Review and HR technologies
  • Closed and open social media platforms such as intranets v open company dialogue across Facebook
  • Should the performance review be pulled
  • Tips and guidelines of a successful PR process
  • Legalities of documentation
