HR decision makers and thought leaders from across Ontario’s municipalities are meeting at the Fern Resort in Orillia, Ontario. The special OMHRA anniversary event will be offering timely one-day seminars on current issues and offering a platform for networking and HR thought leadership.
For the last 50 years, OMHRA has been a leading professional association representing human resources, labour relations, and senior management professionals employed within the local public sector in Ontario. Members are employed in municipalities, local boards and commissions; they provide timely human resources advice and assistance to their respective Councils, Boards, Management Teams and Commissions.
Sold out weeks in advance, hundred of professionals are in attendance. OMHRA has once again attracted many sponsors including Toronto-based Sprigg Talent Management Systems. Sprigg Marketing Manager and HRreview North America’s very own Publisher, Bill Banham, said “Sprigg has attended OMHRA events in the past because our online software has been very well received within the OMHRA community and membership. We have lots of customers within OMHRA already and the anniversary conference offers an excellent opportunity for us, as sponsors, to understand the latest developments and challenges for HR professionals.”
