I’m pleased to say it’s that time of year again!

Springtime, to be sure, but I’m talking about that time of year when more than 1,300 ADP clients, professionals and business partners gather at the ADP Meeting of the Minds conference to exchange ideas, share success stories, and be inspired by knowledgeable speakers and industry experts. It all begins this Sunday and I’m psyched.

Every day global HR leaders tell us their roles are continuing to expand. For instance, they’re supporting employees across multiple geographies. To do that effectively, they need to continue building skills to manage organizations, systems and technologies that support different cultures, regulatory environments, and compliance frameworks.

Helping our clients meet these business challenges is why we’re proud to host ADP Meeting of the Minds. It’s designed to offer the perfect learning and networking environment in which to confer with peers, absorb innovation and immerse attendees in human capital management best practices.

The theme of this year’s event in Washington, D.C., is “Build Your Capital.” It will feature guest speakers Gabrielle “Gabby” Giffords and Mark Kelly, founders of Americans for Responsible Solutions, as well as Joan Lunden, the popular television personality. ADP President and CEO Carlos Rodriguez and Mark Benjamin, president of ADP’s Global Enterprise Solutions business, also will share their insights.

Some additional highlights of the forum will be:

  • Exclusive demonstrations to help clients make the most of their current investments, as well as sneak peeks into next-generation HCM technologies from the ADP Innovation Lab.
  • Nearly 200 educational sessions featuring industry experts, interactive discussion forums, client panels, round tables and training classes on the latest HCM issues – from talent management to managing Affordable Care Act requirements.
  • Opportunities to earn Continuing Education Credits from the Society for Human Resource Management® (SHRM), HR Certification Institute®, the International Association for Human Resource Information Management® (IHRIM), the American Payroll Association® (APA), and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA®).
  • An awards program in which ADP will recognize five clients for their outstanding achievements in strategic HCM, global leadership, commitment to innovation, early adoption of innovative solutions, and partnerships.

We’re looking forward to being part of the conversation that can help businesses maximize the capability of their workforce. Next week, I’ll be sharing key takeaways from the floor of the ADP Meeting of the Minds 2016 conference.

Stay tuned!
