Experienced head hunter John Schonert has joined Russam GMS’s Executive Search team as Associate Director.
John spent his early career in financial services and advertising before moving into executive search. As an executive recruiter and coach, he has advised a variety of organisations operating in the TMT and manufacturing sectors on their executive talent acquisition strategies and worked with organisations such as ReCal Consulting, BGL Group, Spectrum International Search and John Woodger Associates. John also sits on the advisory Board of San Jose based start-up, Prizebox.With a database of 18,000 interim managers, Russam provides clients with senior level resource to solve their most pressing challenges. These clients range from global financial companies such as Santander, Mastercard and Equifax through to NHS organisations, central and local government departments and not for profit organisations.
