
The world’s largest gathering of HR professionals is set to return this month as the annual SHRM conference and expo welcomes thousands of workplace leaders, people professionals, and business executives to Orlando, Florida.
Hosted by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), SHRM26 will take place from June 15 to 19 at the Orange County Convention Center, offering both in-person and virtual attendance options for HR professionals around the world.
The conference comes at a pivotal time for the profession, with organisations grappling with rapid advances in AI, shifting workforce expectations, evolving regulations, and growing pressure to drive business performance while maintaining employee wellbeing and engagement.

Media leader and philanthropist Oprah Winfrey will take part in a moderated main-stage conversation titled Leading with Vision: Building Cultures That Inspire, Include, and Transform on June 19.
Leadership expert and bestselling author John C. Maxwell will deliver a main-stage session on transformative leadership and organisational growth on June 16.
Also appearing is Simon Sinek, who will join Brad Rencher for a featured discussion exploring how trust, belief, and shared purpose influence leadership in today’s workplace.
SHRM President and CEO Johnny C. Taylor Jr. will deliver the opening keynote on June 18, titled Taking Back HR: A Call to Courage, a session expected to address the evolving role of HR leaders in helping organisations navigate uncertainty and change.
Entertainment and Networking Opportunities
In addition to its educational content, SHRM26 will offer attendees a range of networking and social experiences.
Multi-Grammy Award-winning artist Christina Aguilera will perform live on June 16, with the event open to conference attendees and members of the public.
