He is a tireless advocate for HR professionals leading as strategic partners in all organizations.

Prior to joining PIHRA, he was the top administrative and executive officer at the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. For over 20 years, Rafael demonstrated continuous progression leading nonprofit and for-profit organizations in marketing and events roles.
