  • What led you to focus on courage?
  • You and the Giant Leap team have conducted over 500 corporate workshops focused on strengthening leadership skills, improving team performance, accelerating innovation, and helping executives behave more courageously. What are some of the common objections you hear from leaders averse to changing their behaviors?
  • Where does HR fit in? How can HR change the mindset of leaders?
  • In a recent article on LinkedIn you wrote, “I’ve been fortunate to have traveled the world facilitating courage-building workshops. I cataloged much of what I learned working with global leaders in my book, Courage Goes to Work. One of the fundamental principles I’ve learned is that when managers stop leading with fear and begin infusing courage in the workplace, there is a dramatic and positive effect that impacts everyone. The transformation is powerful and worth the shift in mindset and approach managers bring to the team and the company.” What do you mean when you talk about managers who lead through fear?
  • In your book, Courage Goes to Work: How to Build Backbones, Boost Performance, and Get Results, you divide courage into three buckets: TRY, TRUST, and TELL courage. What are examples of each?
