Scott has held senior global change leadership roles at Royal Dutch Shell’s upstream HQ in the Netherlands, Golder Associates, and Andersen Consulting.

He has also led major change implementations and advised in public, private and not-for-profit organizations such as DHL, ABB, GlaxoWellcome, ArcelorMittal, Fannie Mae, the World Bank & many private, Internet start-up and family-run companies.

Scott holds an MA in Organizational Behavior (Tavistock, UK), and an MBA (IMD, Lausanne) where he has also been an advisor on leadership & change implementation for the past 20+ years.
