HR Event Preview: TMA’s Social Recruiting Summit 2016
This year’s Social Recruiting Summit will be held in Dallas, Texas, from July 21 to 22. Hosted by Talent Management Alliance (TMA), this event focuses on how to make use of social media in your recruiting efforts. According to the 2016 Global Recruiting Trends Report, 43% of respondents said that social professional networks were the top source of quality hires for them over the last 12 months. This means social is highly utilized as a source to find qualified candidates and it is time to learn, evolve, and use social for what it was intended to do – connect.
