In HRchat 561, we discuss a topic that gets to the heart of the HR function: creating a workplace where employees feel valued, heard, and have a sense of belonging.
As HR leaders, it’s key to recognize that employees who feel that their voices are being heard are more likely to be motivated, engaged, and productive. They also tend to stay with the company longer, contributing to the organization’s overall success. Furthermore, creating a culture of inclusivity and belonging helps foster collaboration and innovation, driving the organization towards a competitive advantage.
Ways HR Can Contribute to a Better Employee Experience
In HRchat episode 561, we’ll explore different approaches that HR leaders can take to create a workplace culture that encourages employee engagement, promotes inclusivity, and enhances the overall employee experience. We’ll also discuss the risks of not prioritizing employee engagement and inclusivity in the workplace.
As an HR leader, you have a crucial role in shaping the workplace culture and creating a work environment where employees feel heard, valued, and included. So, join us for this insightful and informative episode on the importance of creating a workplace where employees feel valued, heard, and a sense of belonging.
As employers look to the future, creating a workplace where employees feel heard, where they feel that their voice matters, and where they feel a sense of belonging is vital for the future success of any business. Employee engagement is an excellent barometer of organizational health. The companies that get employee engagement right can enjoy a competitive advantage that’s hard for others to replicate.
With this in mind, the All Access: Employee Engagement and Experience 2023 online event, produced by HR Network Exchange, will focus on such issues as: ‘is employee engagement on the downturn and, if so, where are we going wrong?‘ and ‘placing wellbeing first and preventing burnout in a hybrid environment’.
The event includes a panel called prioritizing diversity, equality and inclusivity in your employee engagement strategy and features Heather Laychak – Vice President & Chief People Officer of People Operations, The Aerospace Corporation, and today’s guest, Dr Stephanie Murphy.
