Event Recap: Agility Reimagined

The 2022 Agility Reimagined Summit took a lens to ways to move from resiliency and to agility in a sustainable manner that fosters the wellbeing of the individual and organization.

The event addressed the question ‘what can people strategists do to ensure conditions exist to support cooperation and innovation within companies?’ Attendees left with new tools and ideas to make a difference in their org through innovative applications of people data.

The sessions at Agility Reimagined tried to demonstrate that, as challenging as it was to navigate the pandemic, it also provided an important opportunity to learn how agile organizations can become when they have:

This panel considered how we can ensure a connected, inclusive, and performance-oriented culture in a more tech-enabled and remote work environment. Craig Sander: Future of Work Insights

Craig Sander, Senior Solution Consultant at Visier presented a session called ‘Future of Work Insights’. The session asked: how well are organizations meeting the unique needs of their employees and where do we need to better adapt?

He shared research across organizations that continues to show a shift in employee expectations for flexibility in the workplace and discussed how to reconcile that with employers’ desire for employees to return to the office.

 

Rob Friday: Hiring and Inspiring Talent in a Competitive Landscape

Rob Friday is an entrepreneur, best-selling author, international keynote speaker, and Talent Optimization advisor based in Toronto Canada. He has published a book entitled, Talent Optimizer: Why some companies always get great people.

As a Managing Principle with Predictive Success, Rob works with organizations to optimize hiring and team performance with the Predictive Index. His session discussed ways to get deeper, data-driven insights on hiring talent in a competitive landscape. It also considered how to better use HR analytics to onboard and engage talent.
