With more than five years’ experience in a culture role, Julie understands the impact of how incorporating surprise and delight into an organizational culture creates meaning and memories—and ultimately makes work more enjoyable. Julie is passionate about people and creating positive relationships in the workplace, inclusivity and diversity initiatives, planning and executing celebrations and events, community and give back initiatives. Julie is also passionate about all things employer brand, and loves to share the little (and big things) that happen on the regular on social. Laura Nesbitt- Senior Manager in Human Capital practice at Deloitte

Laura Nesbitt is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, specializing as a Business Transformation and Engagement leader in the financial services and insurance industry in Toronto. Her consulting experience has focused on guiding clients through the challenging journey of transitioning stakeholders through strategic change initiatives, and managing stakeholder engagement. She brings a unique skillset in collaboratively aligning leadership and teams on targeted business outcomes and the critical path to developing buy-in and commitment for the changes ahead.

Devan Dirocco- Company Culture Ambassador at Touch Bistro

As a Culture Ambassador, Devan is dedicated to creating the best employee experience for new and existing hires at Touch Bistro. He has extensive experience building onboarding programs and will be sharing his learnings.
