The InnovateWork Toronto gang will be hosting their first community meetup tonight at The Citizen on King West. Around 50 HR, Talent and Tech pros are expected to come out to network and share innovative ideas about how to improve the world of work and see a session presented by Travis Dutka, Culture Curator at 360insights.
Travis spends his time working with senior leadership, HR and the people leaders of 360insights to create the “360 Unbelievable Experience.” He has been with 360insights since 2012 and is focused on the people side of business, including learning, leadership development, and the employee experience for their rapidly growing team, which grew from 59 employees in 2012 to over 420 today.

About the Venue
The Citizen is located at 550 King St West. The venue’s design was inspired by the restaurant-bars of the 1930s, celebrating Toronto’s heritage by featuring numerous vintage design elements, including original beams from the historic Gooderham and Worts distillery.
The Citizen Restaurant & Bar enforces an upscale-casual style code Thursday through Saturday evenings. Guests wearing athletic wear or caps, ripped or baggy clothing, running shoes or construction boots and/or graphic t-shirts will not be permitted access. The Citizen’s style code is upheld at the discretion of door staff and management.
