The appointment follows a strong year for Matrix, which recently earned Star Performer recognition in the 2025 Everest Group VMS Peak Matrix® Assessment. The accolade reflects the firm’s rising market presence and underscores its momentum in delivering innovative workforce solutions.
A Global Leadership Track Record
Jones brings more than two decades of international leadership experience across workforce management and talent services. Most recently, he served as Head of Europe at Tapfin (ManpowerGroup’s Managed Service Provider). His career also includes senior roles at Geometric Results (GRI), AMS, Pontoon Solutions, and a tenure as CEO of Adecco Australia and New Zealand.
With a career spanning Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Australia, Jones has consistently led large-scale transformation and innovation initiatives.
