He is a Client Director and Professor of Leadership & Psychology at Ashridge Executive Education (Hult International Business School) and has extensive experience working with Executives at the highest levels of international companies in Europe and the Middle East.

He’s currently co-authoring a new book ‘The Leader’s Guide to Collaboration’ with Mike Brent to be published by Pearson at the end of 2024.
