The People Analytics Summit in Toronto is fast-approaching. Ahead of the Nov 2-3 event, we got a chance to interview one of the awesome speakers, Manny Campione, Vice President, Human Resources and Talent Development at LoyaltyOne.

Tell us about your company and how it helps business professionals

LoyaltyOne is a global leader in the design and implementation of coalition loyalty programs, customer analytics, and loyalty services for Fortune 1000 clients around the world. LoyaltyOne has over 20 years history leveraging data-driven insights to develop and operate some of the world’s most effective loyalty programs and customer-centric solutions.

 

What does your role at LoyaltyOne involve? 

As the Vice President of HR, I work with the senior leaders of LoyaltyOne to ensure that our talent and organizational capabilities are meeting the needs of the growing organization. I am accountable for global organizational design, leadership development, performance management, engagement and workforce planning.

 

What does an average work week look like for you?

It varies week to week but I typically spend a fair share of my time on both short and long-term strategic planning, reviewing and resolving any internal issues, and coaching leaders across the business.
