During these stressful times, remote employees are in need of support. Coping with coronavirus requires new skills and novel ways of thinking. For this reason, the teams at Dialectic and Red Maple Coaching have partnered to launch Coping with COVID-19 Learning Snippets.
The program consists of five short, scenario-based lessons based on some of the common challenges that employees are facing in their work and personal lives because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Each snippet takes two minutes to complete and provides a takeaway to help us navigate our new realities.

What Makes Learning Snippets Different?
- Spaced microlearning has been shown to be far more effective and long-lasting than traditional in-person or online learning programs. Consequential reasoning and critical thinking are core to each scenario response, making the learning meaningful.
- Learning Snippets are designed to encourage real behaviour change. Each snippet is built on a foundation of recent, proven science about the models, conditions and processes that make that change possible.
- Each scenario-based lesson can be completed in 5 minutes or less. Learners are motivated by the short time commitment, and don’t get overwhelmed or bored by traditional lengthy E-learning modules.
- Learners can use a laptop, tablet, or smartphone to complete lessons on their own schedule, so they don’t have to sacrifice valuable working hours to complete a course.
