Attracting, engaging and developing Gen Z employees will be a big focus at this year’s annual Conference and Expo which is going to be held in New Orleans.
Employee-focused future of work topics at the upcoming Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Annual Conference & Exposition June 18-21 in New Orleans will range from analyzing big data to working with the new Generation Z.
About 15,000 HR professionals, recruiters and business leaders are expected to attend the four-day event. In addition, over 200 experts will speak in concurrent sessions on topics related to employee benefits, recruiting and hiring, HR strategy, global HR and leadership development.
