Dan Kelly serves as President, Chief Executive Officerand Chair of the Board of Governors of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB). In this capacity, Dan is the lead spokesperson and advocate for the views of the Federation’s 95,000 small and medium-sized member businesses.

Annette Salfarlie, Senior Advisor at Toronto Transit Commission joined the Toronto Transit Commission in 2001 where she has since worked in several progressive positions leading to her current role in the Business Transformation Office. As a results-driven individual, Annette developed strong change management skills and gained the knowledge and expertise needed to become a major player in the TTC’s modernization. In 2018, through the TTC’s Rewards and Recognition program, she received a Leadership award for her ability to motivate and inspire others to excel.

Christopher Bjorling, President, Fidello, Inc. has led his company for over 30 years, in creating unique talent management solutions. Through the products and services he and his team have created over the years his organization has helped clients design, develop, and implement strategic, integrated talent management processes and systems. She is the founder of Stiletto Gladiators, a not-for-profit organization delivering mentorship services, leadership assessment, development, and diversity coaching, and a co-founder of Women in Tech Tribe focused on helping women in technology excel in the field.

Bea Boccalandro is author of “Do Good At Work,” a delightful manual for making work meaningful for anyone in any job. She also helps companies, managers and individuals make a positive social impact from everyday work. Job purposing, as this practice is called, increases employee engagement, performance, and wellbeing, and makes meaningful contributions to societal causes.
