The Toronto Chapter of the HRPA, in partnership with SpriggHR, is pleased to announce its upcoming dinner event featuring Bruce Croxon, star of CBC’s Dragons’ Den.

A moderated panel discussion will be held on November 12 at the Sheraton Centre Toronto where Bruce and other leading HR professionals will explore the evolution of performance reviews, where they can fail, and tips and guidelines for a successful process.

This seminal HRPA event promises to help HR professionals:

• Establish clear, consistent goal setting
• Conduct performance evaluations your way
• Link development planning efforts to competencies
• Get insights into the benefits and cost savings of online talent management tools

The panel will include Bruce Croxon, Jilaine Parkes from SpriggHR, and Steve Mendelssohn from Watershed LLP, and will be moderated by Nicole Bendaly from Kinect.

Registration for the event will include the moderated panel with Bruce Croxon, with opportunity for Q&A and open mic time with the panel, along with dinner and one complimentary beverage.

For CHRP members, this session is eligible for Continuing Professional Development hours.
