A First-Timer’s Take On #NWCDConf
Next week, as part of my tour of the big HR and related conferences, I’ll be attending the 2015 National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference in Las Vegas. This will be my first time and colleagues tell me that its a fantastic event with lots of chances to connect with peers, vendors and influencers within the industry.
#NWCDConf attracts thousands of industry professionals each year. Types of professionals at the event include CEOs, Workers’ Compensation Managers, Directors and VPs, Claims Managers, Specialists, Directors and VPs, Risk Management Professionals, Disability Managers and Directors, Insurance Professionals, HR Managers, Directors and VPs, Attorneys, Safety Managers, Return-to-Work Coordinators/Specialists, Managed Care Providers, RNs/Nurse Case Managers/Occupational Health Nurses, and TPAs.

The event, going for a whopping 23 years and counting, provides a good opportunity to hear from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry as they share their insights into workers’ compensation and a host of related topics. Its my understanding that this is THE event to find solutions to workers’ comp and disability management challenges. Plus, the conference is routinely approved for AAOHN, CDMSC, CCMC, CRCC, CWCP and HRCI credits which is a handy bonus for attending!
#NWCDConf is the industry’s largest Expo in the US, features more than 260 vendors , and I just can’t wait to be there! Contact me at @Social_Rhonda or email@example.com to arrange a meeting on the Expo floor. See y’all in Vegas!
