Pam is the CEO of syncHR. She brings more than 15 years of senior management experience to the role. In recent years her primary focus has been strategic practice, tactical execution and solution development, with an emphasis on business plan development, sales and marketing, team development, solution delivery and overall financial results. Prior to leading syncHR, Pam was the Global Practice Lead for PeopleSoft & Oracle Solutions at BearingPoint and was a partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
Pam received her Bachelor of Accounting degree from Kansas State University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
